Product Introduction:

SF-1 BF thin flange bearing lubrication system is 0.2 ~ 0.3 mm thickness of low carbon steel plate as substrate, the middle sintered bronze powder, 0.15 ~ 0.3 mm spherical surface composite modified PTFE made total 0.01 ~ 0.05 mm thick composite plate is about 0.5 mm, then the rolling processing of sliding bearing products. The product has the characteristics of small friction coefficient, wear-resisting, light weight, compact structure and oil-free lubrication.
