 Brief Introduction 

IBR Sheet Roll Forming Machine is designed to produce IBR sheets. Like other cold roll former, this roll forming line consists of decoiler, feeding guide, roll forming unit, cutoff, electric control system and hydraulic system. 

IBR got its name from the abbreviation of "Inverted Box Rib" is one kind of metal sheets most widely used in SA. IBR sheet can be used as both wall and roof cladding material for commercial, industrial and residential buildings. There are two profiles of IBR sheet: 686 IBR with the covering width of 686mm and 890 IBR with the covering width of 890mm.
